YOGA & PILATES is a trauma-informed, foundational practice designed for stress & tension release, focused core strength & stability, and embodied spirituality.  It brings together elements of functional biomechanics, Pilates and yoga asana (poses).

**I aim to create inclusive, healing and safe(r) spaces for somatic exploration, honest reflection and empowerment. All classes are all levels.
