About the Studio
Nestled in on the top (4th) floor of the Urban Row/Wayfinder building of Portland, Oregon’s Central Eastside Industrial District resides the sanctuary that is Gravity and Grace Movement Studio. With stunning views of the western skyline and downtown Portland, we are accompanied by lots of natural light, shifting clouds, the sound of rain, and sunsets on clearer days. The studio has beautiful Pilates equipment–one Balanced Body Cadillac/Reformer combo and one Wunda Chair, and one highly adaptable Flexia Reformer–as well as ample space for floor work, including a mini trampoline, BOSU balls, rollers and yoga mats.
Gravity and Grace Movement studio is designed and ever-evolving for ALL people and ALL bodies; it is rooted in the values of justice, humanity, dignity, belonging and safety. The building is secure—easily accessible by call box and door code. ADA accessibility is available upon request.
Studio hours for sessions are Tuesday & Wednesday 11:30am-6:30pm and Friday & Saturday 10am-4pm.
Initial session is 90 minutes ongoing sessions are 55-minutes.
